Set Up and Tear Down

You may set up 1 day prior to your event plus the day of your event.

Audio/Visual

An Audio/Visual Technician is included in your cost, which of the following you will you need:

Video Files & Slideshows

If you are planning to show a picture or video slideshow during your ceremony, this will be needed two days prior to your event in order for our audio/visual technicians to best serve you. Below are some helpful tips when you are ready to save and export the le.

  • Video’s will be shown on a HD widescreen Projection Screen (1920 x 1080)
  • Accepted Video Formats: .mp4 or .mov
  • PowerPoint Files are not acceptable, we DO NOT have PowerPoint
  • Files can be submitted on a USB drive or cloud sharing (Google Drive, Dropbox, ect)
  • Simple slideshows can be made from a folder of images for you. The image folder and music is due 1 week before event.

Audio Playlist

As you are putting together your audio playlist for your ceremony, please remember this will be needed two days prior to your event in order for our audio/visual technicians to best serve you. Below are some helpful tips when you are ready to share the playlist.

  • Please create your audio playlist in Spotify. You can sign up for a free account if you don’t already have one.
  • Once your playlist is created, on your playlist page click the circle with three dots next to the green "PLAY" button.
  • Go to down to the share option and click the “Copy Playlist Link” option and then paste that link into an email to tracey@sentonmission.com.

Please give us a order of events for your ceremony/reception for our audio/visual technicians to best serve you. Below is an example of what we are looking for.

Wedding Order of Service

  1. Guests being seated (Insert Playlist Title)
  2. Grandparents/parents being seated (Insert Song title)
  3. Bridal Party walks down aisle (Insert Song title)
  4. Bride walks down aisle (Insert Song title)
  5. Welcome
  6. Scripture Reading, etc.
  7. Exchange of Vows
  8. Exchange of Rings
  9. Sand/Candle Moment (Insert Song title)
  10. Introduce Bride & Groom
  11. Bridal Party Exit (Insert Song title)
  12. Dismiss Guests (Insert Playlist Title)

Reception Order of Service

  1. Guests being seated (music being played)
  2. MC gives direction
  3. Bridal Party Enters (bridal party music)
  4. Toasts
  5. Prayer
  6. Meal (music being played)
  7. First Dance (music)
  8. Father/Daughter Dance (music)
